For another year, Cytech Mobile participated in two key telecom industry events in Madrid: the Wholesale World Congress (WWC) 2026, held from 16 to 18 of September, and the Antonio Meucci Global Telco Awards 2026, which took place on September 16th at Chamartín The One Hotel.
Cytech’s continued presence at these events reflects its active role within the international telecom ecosystem and its commitment to maintaining close contact with partners, customers and industry professionals.
Strengthening Industry Connections at WWC 2026
Once again, Cytech joined the international telecom community at WWC 2026, where the team held a series of productive meetings with existing partners, potential customers and telecom professionals from different markets.
Discussions focused on current developments in the wholesale telecom sector, A2P messaging, new business opportunities and the evolving requirements of telecom operators and messaging providers.
Cytech was represented by Vagelis Antoniadis, CEO, Manos Alefragkis, Product Manager of mCore, and Dimitrios Petrakis, Community Manager of Sendium.
Throughout the event, the team presented Cytech’s key solutions, including mCore, its A2P SMS Wholesale Platform, and Sendium, its open-source SMS Gateway, while also exploring potential partnerships and future collaborations.
The meetings held during WWC further strengthened Cytech’s relationships within the international telecom community and provided valuable market feedback and insights for the continued development of its products and services.

Cytech Mobile also returned to the Antonio Meucci Global Telco Awards 2026, where Sendium OS SMS Gateway had been shortlisted among the top three finalists in two categories:

4E – Best Telco Newcomer
Sendium ultimately achieved third place in both categories, marking an important recognition for the project and the team behind its development.
The double distinction represents a significant milestone for Sendium and reflects Cytech’s continued investment in innovative, open and flexible telecom technologies.
As an open-source SMS Gateway, Sendium is being developed to provide telecom professionals and organisations with a modern and adaptable messaging infrastructure while supporting the growth of an active international community around the platform.
