Here at Cytech, we always strive to be more than a business. Day in and day out, we strive and operate as one team.
Cytech, in its 22 years of existence, has designed and maintained a healthy work environment that brings out the best in its people. Although the business landscape is forever evolving, we stay true to our beliefs and ways. Over the years we managed to grow, yet with growth comes the need for a clear direction. A set of guiding principles that show the world who we are, how we operate, and why.
What brings us so close? Why do we operate in the way we do? What makes work worthwhile?
These were the main questions our CEO, Evangelos Antoniadis asked back in October of 2023. After some consideration, we decided to incorporate this topic into our Company Retreat workshop sessions, in November of the same year.
All team members participated in an exercise where each individual was tasked to highlight the top three values that our company represents. The goal was to have an unbiased look into everyone’s perception of the company, identify any similarities, and make an informed analysis. After discussing the results, organizing the inputs and creating a holistic output, we realized we had something really unique in our hands.
Ultimately, we reached a point where we are excited to show a bit of our culture to the world. So, here it is…
